What is Home Staging?
Home staging is the process of getting a house ready for
sale. The objective of staging is to get a house sold in the
shortest amount of time and for the most amount of money.
A properly staged home will draw the eye to the
home’s qualities and will minimize the
imperfections. It must be spotlessly clean and in
good repair. By creating a warm and welcoming
atmosphere, staging appeals to the buyer’s emotions.

Leona Piro, the
owner of Act Two Home Staging is an Accredited Staging Professional
and a Member of the International Association of Home Stagers. Leona
is owner and President of Estate Lee Properties, a property
management firm which she founded in 1997. She has over thirty
years experience in the real estate field as both a Realtor and a
Certified Property Manager.
